Am blogging for the first time dont know why I have never done this earlier... have had the opportunity to experience people from different facets of society at large, but all my thoughts & feelings were with me ... may be I was too inwardly focussed all along in my journey, am breaking out from the shell today !
Great day today .. came in with prejudices about the folks I was handling - " Cops" are a different breed altogether, dont blame them as they deal with so much of "negativity" as far as humanity is concerned. My experience with these guys the last two days minus the uniform has been an eye opener.... individually each one of them have tremendous amount of energy and intent, guess the system corrupts them EOD.
Am internally conceptualising and driving this engagement to an Pegasus's org level program... we are going to cover 500+ officers from the karnataka police, and these are the guys who can make a difference interms of the image a common man has about the police department... what we are doing is a small step, but have got the conviction that it will make a difference in the years to come.
